We rely on Stripe, a third party payment partner, to accept payments on our behalf. We do not directly store any payment card details. You may update, correct or delete information from your client account at any time by logging into your client account here or by emailing Onfido at client-support@Onfido.com. If you wish to delete or deactivate your account, please email us at client-support@onfido.com, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a limited period of time.

Promotional Communications
